Colleagues gathered around a jazz musician during an office jazz night
An office, after hoursIn good company

The office,
after hours.

The idea grew out of jazz evenings Benny hosts at work. Musicians in the room, people finding a spot on the couch, something good to eat. Familiar faces, a different kind of evening.

We’d love to bring that feeling to your team.

Live jazz, all evening

We arrange musicians who bring energy to the room throughout the night, with a sound that leaves room for conversation. Listen up close or enjoy the music from across the room.

Sound & setup

A plan for the room, the equipment the musicians need, and setup and breakdown. We’ll confirm what the venue provides and what we’ll bring.

Food, if you’d like it

Add food and desserts to share, or work with your existing hospitality arrangements. We’ll agree the menu, service, and responsibilities in the proposal.

The feeling of the night

Good music. Your kind of night.

Jazz plays throughout the evening. Come closer to listen, catch up over a drink, or find something good to eat. Move between it all at your own pace.

  • Follow the music

Find a spot near the musicians when something catches your ear. The music is there to lean into or enjoy in the background.

  • Get something good

Grab a drink, share a plate, go back for dessert. Food and conversation happen while the music keeps playing.

  • Stay for the company

Catch up with someone you know or get talking to someone new. Good energy, familiar faces, and a reason to stick around.

For teams with a reason to gather.

An after-work evening, a company milestone, or a gathering for clients and colleagues. This works well when you want people to spend time together, with music at the heart of the evening.

An office lounge, a shared common room, or a private venue can be a good starting point. Think space for the musicians, somewhere comfortable to sit or stand, and room to mingle. We’ll review access, power, sound levels, and the layout so people can listen and talk comfortably.

How the night comes together.

Start with your people and your space

Tell us your city, approximate guest count, preferred dates, and budget if you have one. A room photo or a rough idea is enough to begin the conversation.

Shape the evening

We discuss musicians, food, setup, and timing, then agree the scope and pricing with you. The proposal makes clear what we’ll arrange and what the space will need.

Bring the details together

We coordinate the agreed elements and plan the flow, from setup to the final note, so the night feels easy to be part of.

A few practical questions.

What does our space need?

We’ll review room size, access for musicians and equipment, power, sound restrictions, and space for food and guests. Share what you know about the room; we’ll work through the rest with you before confirming the plan.

How many guests can we invite?

Start with your team size and the room’s capacity. We’ll leave space for musicians, places to sit, and clear paths for people to move between the music, food, and drinks. Send us a rough count and a room photo or floor plan; we’ll help assess the fit.

How far ahead should we get in touch?

As soon as you have a date or a window in mind. Musician, food, and venue availability shape the planning timeline. We’ll confirm what’s possible for your dates rather than promise a fixed lead time.

What affects the price?

The main choices are the number of musicians, how long they play, the sound equipment and setup your room needs, and whether you’d like food or desserts. Guest count and location also matter. Tell us your budget if you have one; we’ll propose a scope and make clear what’s included before you commit.

Can you arrange food and desserts?

Yes. Food and dessert collaborations can be part of the evening. We’ll discuss the menu, dietary needs, and serving setup as we shape the proposal.

Where do you plan jazz nights?

We focus on New York and Los Angeles. Tell us which city you’re in and whether you have an office or venue in mind.

A different kind of gathering?

We also plan broader corporate events, company celebrations, and private gatherings.
